Designing on a slightly sloping block posed a challenge that was expertly managed with a split-level layout. This thoughtful floor plan maximises space and ensures a seamless flow between living areas. The design integrates a large external alfresco area, enhancing the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces while optimising the use of the backyard.
Minimal Aesthetic with Timeless Appeal
The façade of the Bonneville showcases a modern colour palette with shades of grey, including Juniper bricks and tones of Shale Grey and Monument.
