This single-storey project was crafted for a young couple embarking on their first home-building journey. On a 375m² lot, the aim was to design a home that offered both generous living space and a sizeable backyard, merging practicality with style. The outcome was a thoughtfully designed home that combines open-plan living with intimate spaces, ensuring comfort and functionality for everyday living.
Thoughtful Features and Finishes
The Heffernan boasts several key features that enhance its appeal and functionality. Extensive electrical fittings and downlights meet the clients' need for a well-lit, welcoming space. The kitchen and storage areas feature full-height joinery with Polytec woodmatt and polyurethane finishes, complemented by 40mm stone benchtops. The garage sports an epoxy floor, while Caroma and Mizu tapware, square-set cornices, mirrored sliders, and compact storage solutions contribute to a polished, efficient living experience.

Elegant and Inviting Façade
The façade of the Heffernan home is crafted to leave a lasting impression. Classic Espresso bricks present a timeless, sophisticated look, paired with a Merbau entry door featuring Gainsborough hardware. Potifino limestone-look textured tiles add a touch of luxury and elegance. The harmonious blend of materials and finishes ensures the home is not only beautiful but also inviting and durable, reflecting the meticulous attention to detail present throughout the property.
